A black steel hearth pad that protects the floor from embers that drop during loading. Ember protection only (no R-value), so it's the right choice for stoves whose manual calls for ember / non-combustible floor protection. Same footprint as the insulated AC02711, at a lower price when you don't need an R-value rated pad.
