La qualité des soudure est très ordinaire, beaucoup d'éclaboussure de soudure. J'ai contacté le support et on m'offre une canette de peinture et une procédure pour régler les éclaboussures. Un meilleur contrôle qualité des soudures est nécessaire dans votre processus manufacturier, il s'agit d'une simple étape de nettoyage avec une brosse de métal à la fin de chaque soudure. We're going into our second year with this stove and couldn't be happier with it. We use it at our off-grid cabin as our only source of heat, and burn everything from cedar/poplar in shoulder season to oak/hickory in mid-winter, and it does great. My favorite thing is the air wash system that keeps the glass clean. This is a high quality stove at a reasonable price considering how much some of the other stoves cost these days.

I upgraded to this stove from an old non-EPA wood stove and have been running it for the past two weeks of this winter. I am very happy with this upgrade, and it has resolved many of the operation frustrations that I experienced with the old non-EPA stove. This wood stove was already assembled with fire bricks, and all I had to do was remove some packaging from the inside of the firebox. The manual contains helpful and easy-to-read information about the unit. It's a great size for our smaller hearth area and outputs plenty of heat.

Seems like a very nice unit. Did not get a chance to use it after the install in our 3 season cottage as we had to close the cottage for the season. However, we did notice a couple of spots on the inside lip of the opening of the fire box that the paint was coming off because of rust. There is also some rust on the threads of the door handle. I guess we'll see how well it stands up to use.

We have this unit in a large high ceiling room and we are very pleased with its performance. It heats the space quickly and doesn’t make the room unbearably hot. The room is an open space kitchen/living/dining about 20x50 with high ceilings. It isn’t the only heat source in the home but it brings the temperature up from ok to awesome! Puts out lots of heat quickly and easily. Easy to light and burns perfectly. Awesome results and a very good price. Well built and very attractive.

Will not 'fire' up the unit until this fall, but I am very pleased with the construction of the unit. I plan to have the door frame nickel plated, as this was not an option on the Deco II. Over the last decade or so, I have installed two Drolet wood heaters for my two children, and they were great!

Love this wood stove! Living in Vancouver, we use it a couple of times a week, and it burns HOT! Way more efficient than the older Osborn we had before - uses around one third less wood. Very attractive, has a modern vibe. Our living room is 400 square feet; this fire is more than adequate for the space. Superb value. We could have spent a lot more for extra features, but this does a great job. It starts easily every time and burns clean - very easy to clean any residue from the glass after each use. A great buy!

So far I really love this wood stove!! I know the chimney is a big factor, but it draws really well. It looks beautiful! And I'm already glad I didn't go with a tiny stove. It's the perfect size for me. Just big enough for a reasonable fire. My only complaint is that the matte black finish scratches very easily, revealing the silver steel.

We had the stove professionally installed but it is a very difficult stove to use. It is very hard to get a fire lit and the fire goes out if you shut the door. The draw is terrible.

I’m not an experienced wood stove owner but I can say this stove is very classy looking, burns well, and preforms as expected. Glass is always black blocking the beautiful view of the fire. It does clean off but comes right back.

Upon first seeing the unit, I felt that it was a bit too small but that was only after having had an old-school huge fireplace. The fireplace actually looks nice in place of the old unit and I believe that it will burn hotter, longer and more efficiently than the old stove ever could’ve.
