How to Request a Price Match

Contact us with the following and we’ll respond within one business day:

  • The StoveSource product URL or model number
  • The competitor’s complete product URL
  • The competitor’s listed price, shipping cost, and applicable sales tax

We’ll apply the adjustment before payment, or issue a refund within 7 days of order placement.

Qualifying Conditions

  • Identical brand, model, color, and accessories
  • Legitimate authorized dealer actively selling online
  • Item in stock for immediate shipment
  • Publicly listed price on competitor’s website
  • Total price comparison including product, shipping, and applicable tax

Not Eligible

  • Auction sites (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist)
  • Liquidation, clearance, or closeout sales
  • Promotional codes or membership retailers
  • Local brick-and-mortar stores
  • Unverifiable or obviously incorrect pricing
  • Discontinued or backordered items
