Finding the right Quadra-Fire part

Your model name and serial number are on the rating label, usually on the back of the stove or behind the side panel. Match the part number on each product page to the parts list in your owner's manual. Quadra-Fire changed some parts over the years (for example, the 800, 1000 and 1100i came with a ceramic burn pot and later switched to the EZ-Clean pot, which uses a different igniter), so each part page notes which version it fits.

Is it the part, or something else?

If your stove won't light, won't feed or keeps shutting down, work through our pellet stove troubleshooting guide first. A dirty burn pot, a blocked vacuum hose or a plugged vent causes many of the same symptoms as a failed igniter, auger motor or vacuum switch.

Returns

Unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days (15% restocking fee), so please confirm the part number against your manual before installing.
