Where these reviews come from

For Drolet stoves, reviews displayed on our product pages are sourced from drolet.ca, the manufacturer's website. Drolet (manufactured by Stove Builder International, Inc.) collects verified purchase reviews from customers across their authorized dealer network. We display these reviews with explicit permission from Drolet.

For Englander stoves, reviews are sourced from englander-stoves.com, the manufacturer's website. Englander (England's Stove Works) collects verified purchase reviews from customers across their dealer network, including purchases through major retailers. We display these reviews with permission as an authorized Englander dealer.

The aggregate ratings and review counts you see on our product pages reflect the dataset published by the manufacturer for each model, representing verified customer reviews collected over multiple years.

Our authorized dealer relationship

StoveSource is an authorized dealer for the brands we carry. We sell Drolet and Englander products directly through their official wholesale programs with full warranty support, and we have permission to use each manufacturer's product imagery, technical documentation, and customer review data.

Translation

Drolet is a Quebec-based manufacturer, and some product reviews on drolet.ca are written in French. Some Englander reviews are submitted in French as well. Where these reviews appear on our product pages, they are translated to English with the original meaning carefully preserved. Each translated review is marked with (translated from French) at the end of the text.

Reviews from StoveSource customers

As we accumulate purchases through StoveSource, we'll publish reviews from our own customers alongside the manufacturer reviews. These will be clearly labeled as StoveSource customer reviews and collected via Judge.me, an independent third-party review platform that verifies each review is tied to a real order.
