The Englander Blue Ridge 500 is the largest stove in the Blue Ridge line — a powerful non-catalytic wood stove built for serious whole-home heating. EPA 2020 certified at 1.6 g/h average particulate emissions, it delivers up to 110,000 BTU/h and heats 1,000–2,700 sq ft, making it an excellent primary heat source for large, open-concept homes. Its very large 3.5 cu ft firebox accepts logs up to 22" and sustains burns of up to 10 hours on a single load.

Ships via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight – carriers include XPO Logistics, Estes Express, ABF Freight, Old Dominion, and FedEx Freight. Transit time is typically 3–10 business days from ship date. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.

Curbside delivery only. The driver will lower your order to the curb or end of your driveway via liftgate. This does not include bringing the item inside, carrying up stairs, or crossing uneven terrain.

Have an appliance dolly and an extra person available on delivery day. Need inside or threshold delivery? Contact us before ordering.

Inspect before signing. Before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL), check for any visible packaging damage. Write "DAMAGED" or "Subject to inspection" on the BOL if anything looks off.

Returns. Unused, uninstalled units in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Appliance returns are subject to a $300 return freight charge plus a 15% restocking fee. Units that have been fired or installed cannot be returned. Accessories and parts carry a 15% restocking fee.

Very good looking stove. The stove is very simple to light without filling the house with smoke like our old Pleasant Hearth stove would do. The fire is easy managed with the damper and at night it gives the room a nice look with the glass door.

Front door handle is weak and wobbly. Door bends as you close it. Stove heats great, like it a lot, but you can make a better door. Had to buy without seeing. Got it now, will make the best of it.

Stove looks amazing. Solid and heavy. Have not had a chance to start a fire in it yet. The only negative so far is that it was supposed to come with two 3/8" black coil handles and it only came with one. I will be contacting the company to see if they will send a second handle. Everything else arrived complete, on time, and undamaged in a very sturdy crate.

I just pulled it out of the crate and found it is missing a coil handle. First tech person told me it was the retailer's issue. The retailer asked why the manufacturer didn't just send another one. A second Englander gentleman was much nicer and told me to fill out a claim, which I will do.

Seems like a quality build so far. Wish the ash cleanout was bigger and the etched mountains on the glass was removable. Otherwise, love the clean look and big firebox. Great deal for the money for sure

Shipping was 4 days ahead of estimated delivery date, the stove was packaged well in a wooden crate to prevent damage. A better explanation of included parts would have been nice, I still have a pack of 2 screws and I don't know where they belong.
