Place your wood stove closer to the wall — safely. Every freestanding wood stove has a required clearance to combustibles (the minimum distance from the stove to a wall, framing, or trim). This UL 1618 / ULC S632 certified modular shield creates a ventilated air gap that blocks radiant heat, letting you reduce that required clearance substantially — often by half or more.
