Vortex Double Wall Tee with Cap 6" — VOD0110

Tee with cap for 6" Vortex double-wall black pipe (7" outer diameter), used where the connector run needs an offset. The removable cap gives access for inspection, maintenance, and cleaning. Tee cap included.

Fits any wood stove with a 6" flue collar, regardless of brand. Measure your stove's flue outlet — if it's 6", this fits a Vortex connector run. Double-wall pipe is system-specific at the joints, so build the whole run from Vortex components rather than mixing brands.

The stainless-steel inner wall uses an exclusive thermal weave that promotes even airflow and lower outer-wall temperatures. Joints are laser-welded and the metallic black powder coat resists corrosion.

Vortex double-wall is listed at 6" clearance to combustible walls and 6" to combustible ceilings — versus 18" for single-wall — and is required by many stove manuals to achieve their listed reduced clearances. An assembled run with no adjustable section may be installed at 5". Listed to ULC S641; install per NFPA 211 (US) or CSA B365 (Canada).

This is connector pipe, not chimney. It must not pass through a wall, ceiling, floor, attic or closet, and must not be enclosed. Where the pipe clearance and the appliance clearance differ, always use the larger. Always confirm the connector pipe type and clearances specified in your stove's installation manual.
