Pacific Energy wood stove prices, 2026
Pacific Energy builds three lines: the cast iron Alderlea, the plate steel Super, Summit, Vista and Neo, and the budget True North badge. Prices below are published dealer prices found in October 2026, stove only. "Classic" is the enamel finish, which costs more.
| Model | Build | Firebox | Heats up to | Dealer price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| True North TN10 | Steel | 0.8 cu ft | — | $1,605–$2,034 |
| True North TN20 | Steel | 2.0 cu ft | — | $1,995–$2,312 |
| True North TN25C | Steel | 2.0 cu ft | — | $2,586–$2,910 |
| Super LE (Super 27) | Steel | 2.1 cu ft | 2,000 sq ft | Quote only; owners reported $2,700–$3,700 in 2021 |
| Summit LE | Steel | 3.0 cu ft | — | $3,203 on legs, $3,342 pedestal; Classic $3,518 |
| Alderlea T5 LE | Cast iron | 2.1 cu ft | 2,000 sq ft | $4,959; Classic $5,735 |
| Alderlea T4 LE2 | Cast iron | 1.4 cu ft | 1,500 sq ft | $5,245; Classic $6,259 |
| Alderlea T6 LE | Cast iron | 3.0 cu ft | 3,000 sq ft | $5,477 |
Two things stand out. First, the Alderlea's cast iron roughly doubles the price of a steel Pacific Energy with a similar firebox: a T5 and a Super LE share a 2.1 cu ft box. Second, prices have climbed hard. Comparing Pacific Energy's 2021 dealer price sheet with today's listings, the Alderleas are up by roughly a third to a half. The Vista and Neo stoves no longer have current published prices; the last listings we found, from before 2020, are out of date.
Pacific Energy wood insert prices

| Alderlea T5 insert | 2.1 cu ft | $5,412; Classic $6,218 |
What we sell against them, each with a blower and faceplate included:
| If you were pricing | Our alternative | Heats | Price | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vista insert | Englander Blue Ridge 150-I | 250–1,200 sq ft | $1,589 | Ships in 2–6 weeks |

| Sales tax | About $300–$400 on an Alderlea T5, depending on your state |

Alderlea T5 vs Escape 1800. Both heat up to about 2,000 sq ft. The Escape 1800 has the bigger firebox (2.4 cu ft against 2.1) and takes 20" logs against 18", for about $3,400 less than a T5. What the extra money buys is the Alderlea's cast iron body, its enamel options and its looks. If the stove is a centrepiece, that is worth something; if it is a heater, the Drolet does more of the job.
Summit and T6 vs HT-3000. The Summit and T6 have 3.0 cu ft fireboxes, and the T6 is rated up to 3,000 sq ft. The HT-3000 has a larger 3.5 cu ft firebox that takes 22" logs, 110,000 BTU/h and coverage up to 2,700 sq ft, at about $1,300 less than a Summit and $3,600 less than a T6.
True North TN20 vs Blue Ridge 300L. The TN20 is Pacific Energy's budget model and tests well: our Pacific Energy and True North vs Drolet comparison has the numbers. The Blue Ridge 300L has more firebox (2.4 cu ft against 2.0) and longer 20" logs, for $600 to $900 less.
