The 21" is the all-rounder of the COALS by ComfortBilt range: big enough for a family cookout or a whole bird, and it takes the widest choice of add-ons. It grills, smokes, roasts and bakes on charcoal or wood, and the thick glazed ceramic holds steady temperatures for hours on a single load of fuel.
It arrives on a stainless steel stand with four casters, two of them locking, and has folding side shelves for plates and tools. The spring-loaded hinge takes the weight of the lid, and a hinged section in the stainless grate lets you add charcoal or wood chips without moving the food.
Use the ceramic heat deflector for indirect cooking and smoking, the kamado pizza stone for pizza and bread, and the Divide & Conquer system for two-zone cooking. Choose red or black.
