This half-moon griddle covers half of the kamado so you can run the griddle on one side and the grate on the other. Flip it to the smooth face for pancakes, eggs, onions or smash burgers, or to the ribbed face for grill marks.
It is a single piece of cast iron that holds heat well, and it is designed to work with the Divide & Conquer kamado cooking system.
