Overview
Swap in heavy cast iron for steakhouse sear marks on a 21" kamado grill. No Sales Tax.
Cast iron soaks up and holds far more heat than a stainless grate, so it lays down dark, even grill marks the moment meat hits it. This kamado cast iron grate is made for the 21" COALS by ComfortBilt grill and works with any cut, from thin chops to thick ribeyes.
It cleans up with a brush while warm. Keep it seasoned with a light coat of oil to protect the iron between cooks.
