The 15" sits between the portable 13" and the full-size grills. Its 13.4" cooking surface handles a rack of ribs or dinner for a small family, and the side handles let you reposition it on a deck or patio.
Like every COALS by ComfortBilt kamado grill, it has a glazed ceramic shell, fireproof felt seals, adjustable top and bottom dampers and a built-in thermometer, so you can smoke, roast, bake or sear on one cooker with charcoal or wood.
