The 13" is the smallest grill in the COALS by ComfortBilt line. It uses the same thick glazed ceramic shell as the full-size models, so it holds heat and moisture the way a kamado should, just scaled down to a 10.7" cooking surface that suits one to three people.
Top and bottom dampers set the temperature, from low-and-slow smoking up to 840°F for searing, and the built-in thermometer shows you where you are without lifting the lid. Grates and hardware are stainless steel.
Need more room? The 15" COALS kamado grill keeps the portable format with a 13.4" cooking surface. Choose red or black.
