Pellet Stove Burn Pots

Replacement pellet stove burn pots (fire pots) for ComfortBilt, Englander, Drolet, Osburn and Enerzone stoves, plus wear plates and burn pot gaskets. A burn pot that is warped, cracked or burnt through lets air bypass the holes, so the fire burns poorly or will not light. No Sales Tax in any state, and free shipping on orders over $250 to the lower 48.

Clean it or replace it?

Most burn pot problems are ash and clinker, not a failed pot. Scrape the pot and clear every air hole every day or two of use. Replace it when the metal is warped so it no longer sits flat, cracked, or burnt through. On Englander stoves the wear plate can often be replaced on its own. ComfortBilt's stainless steel burn pot is the longer-lasting upgrade over cast.

See our pellet stove maintenance schedule for the cleaning routine, and our troubleshooting guide if pellets are piling up in the pot.
