Overview
Roof flashing for 4" Vortex pellet vent (VOP0343), sized for steep roofs from 7/12 to 12/12 pitch. Weatherproofs the point where a vertical pellet vent run exits the roof.
Works with any 4" Vortex pellet vent run, regardless of stove brand. Pellet vent is system-specific at the joints — Vortex locks to Vortex and will not join another manufacturer's pellet vent.
Check your pitch before ordering. A flashing sized for the wrong pitch will not seat flat and will leak. For shallower roofs — 0/12 to 6/12 — the correct part is VOP0341, which is currently on backorder.
Pair with a storm collar above the flashing and seal per the vent manufacturer's instructions. Vortex pellet vent is listed at 1" clearance to combustibles and meets NFPA 211, CSA B365, UL 641, CAN/ULC S609 and ULC/ORD C441.
