Overview

Connect 3" stainless flex liner to 3" PelletVent Pro pipe.

Flex adapters make the joint between rigid PelletVent Pro and the stainless steel flex used to reline a masonry chimney. The female adapter (3PVP-ADFF) fits the male end of PelletVent Pro pipe; the male adapter (3PVP-ADFM) is the counterpart for the other direction of the joint. Pick the one that matches the pipe end you are connecting to.

About PelletVent Pro: DuraVent PelletVent Pro is double-wall Type L/PL pellet vent — a stainless steel inner wall inside a Galvalume outer wall, listed to UL 641 with 1" clearance to combustibles in the USA and rated for continuous flue temperatures up to 570°F. It is made for stoves and inserts burning wood pellets, corn and other biofuels, or oil. DuraVent parts use a twist-lock joint that connects only to other DuraVent PelletVent Pro components — they will not join another brand's pellet vent, so build the whole run from PelletVent Pro.

3" or 4"? 3" PelletVent Pro suits typical short pellet stove runs. ComfortBilt notes that 4" allows longer runs, and recommends 4" on its stoves when the flue height is over 12 ft, above 5,000 ft elevation, or when the layout goes past the 3" vent-length limit. Your stove's manual sets the size it requires. Shop all pellet stoves.
