Single-wall connector pipe requires an 18" clearance to combustibles unless it is shielded. Single-wall pipe must not pass through a wall or ceiling, must not be used outdoors, and is not permitted in mobile homes. Always confirm the connector pipe type and clearances specified in your stove's installation manual.
