Finding the right Caddy furnace part
Start with the model and serial number on the furnace's certification label (for example Caddy, Max Caddy, Mini-Caddy, Caddy Advanced II or Caddy Alterna II). Several parts changed during production, so the serial number matters: limit switches, blower motors and auger motors list serial ranges in their fitment tables where SBI does. Then match the part number on the product page to the parts list in your owner's manual.
Blowers and blower motors
Each Caddy model uses its own blower size: the Mini-Caddy a 1/4 HP, 4-speed blower (up to 1,400 CFM), the Caddy a 1/3 HP, 4-speed blower (up to 1,900 CFM), the Max Caddy a 1/2 HP, 4-speed blower (up to 2,100 CFM) and the Caddy Alterna II a 1/2 HP blower (up to 1,650 CFM), per PSG's manuals. You can replace the complete blower assembly, or just the motor or housing where we list them separately.
Limit switches and safety controls
A Caddy that keeps shutting down or won't run the blower is often a limit or fan switch rather than the blower itself. The wood unit, the electric element and the oil burner each have their own limit; check which one has tripped before ordering.
Who makes PSG Caddy furnaces?
PSG is part of SBI, the maker of Drolet, Osburn, Enerzone and Century, so many Caddy parts are shared with Drolet furnaces such as the Heatmax and Tundra. See who makes Drolet, Osburn, Englander and Century. Shop all brands on our stove and furnace parts page.
Returns
Unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days (15% restocking fee), so please confirm the part number against your manual before installing.
