Overview
Black wall pass-thru for 4" Vortex pellet vent (VOP0261). Carries the vent through an exterior wall at its listed clearance and finishes the penetration on both faces. This is the component a horizontal through-the-wall pellet install is built around.
Works with any 4" Vortex pellet vent run, regardless of stove brand. Pellet vent is system-specific at the joints — Vortex locks to Vortex and will not join another manufacturer's pellet vent.
Vortex pellet vent is listed at 1" clearance to combustibles and meets NFPA 211, CSA B365, UL 641, CAN/ULC S609 and ULC/ORD C441. Never pack the clearance space with insulation or any other material.
Already included in the 4" Basement Kit — buy separately only if you are building a run from components or need a second penetration.
