How to Pick
HP22 — the default. Widest turndown range in the trio (its 9,696 BTU/hr minimum is the lowest, so it idles gently in shoulder season), lowest emissions, biggest flame view, and the most finish options. Unless a spec below pulls you away, start here. Insert version: HP22i.
HP61 — the traditionalist's 3,000 sq ft. Classic cabinet styling for spaces where the HP22's bay window reads too modern, with a higher minimum output (17,617 BTU/hr) that suits consistently cold climates better than mild ones.
HP75C — the flagship. Highest peak output, highest certified efficiency, biggest hopper and longest burn in the line, vermiculite-lined firebox, and the only designer color range. If the stove is in your main living space and you're heating serious square footage, this is the one.
Smaller Spaces: HP21 and HP50S
Heating under ~2,400 sq ft? The HP21 (40-lb hopper, ComfortBilt's most affordable) and the slim European-style HP50S (80.4% HHV, 47-lb hopper, four finishes including Arctic White) run the same controls in smaller footprints.
